MOU Signing - Allied Grammar School

RichLand Private Limited (Party A) and Allied Grammar School (Party B) entered into this MOU on 18th March, 2020 to establish a computer lab and provide IT support services at the school. The lab comprises 30 desktop systems (Intel Core i5, 5th Gen or higher, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD/500GB HDD, 17-19in LED monitors, LAN connectivity) with full networking, software, and commissioning, to be completed within 20 days of the advance payment. RichLand will also operate the lab as a Learning Center, with student fee revenue split 60% RichLand / 40% school. Total project cost: PKR 1,080,000 (50% advance, 50% on handover). Annual maintenance: PKR 45,000. Agreement valid 2020-2030, governed by the laws of Pakistan.
