MOU Signing - Al Noor Public School

RichLand Private Limited (Party A) and Al Noor Public School (Party B) entered into this MOU on 15th April, 2018 to establish a computer lab and provide IT support services at the school. The lab comprises 30 desktop systems (Intel Core i5, 5th Gen or higher, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD/500GB HDD, 17-19in LED monitors, LAN connectivity) with full networking, software, and commissioning, to be completed within 20 days of the advance payment. RichLand will also operate the lab as a Learning Center, with student fee revenue split 60% RichLand / 40% school. Total project cost: PKR 960,000 (50% advance, 50% on handover). Annual maintenance: PKR 40,000. Agreement valid 2018-2028, governed by the laws of Pakistan.
